A visit to a wasabi farm is a world of discovery in all the secrets of this famously zesty ingredient. Please note that the round trip from/to Matsumoto and the Wasabi Farm takes approximately 30 minutes subject to traffic conditions

This was a great tour! Our train was cancelled from Nagano, so we had to take the bus to get to Matsumoto. Sylvain and Carol were extremely gracious and stayed an extra hour so that they could give us the full tour. We had some great wasabi ice cream and learned a lot about wasabi! Highly recommend!

It was an excellent and enjoyable experience! Very informative tour and the wasabi ice cream was delicious! The farm also has wasabi beer and croquets!

My tour guide was excellent. It was an informative walk throughout the farm! Wasabi is such an interesting ingredient and the wasabi ice cream at the end was amazing! Thank you for an enjoyable time.
