Louie was a very knowledgeable guide. For four hours he drove us around Washington DC, telling us about the city's history and many other fun and interesting facts. He's a former history teacher to fifth grade children and is delighted to now have adults hanging on to every word and every fact he is willing to share. There was never a dull moment during those four hours. We would highly recommend this guide.
