I booked the trip two months in advance for Thanksgiving day, they confirmed, charged my credit card and then they canceled a week before our trip. Tried to book for the day after Thanksgiving, but they were completely booked and would not work us in to their schedule, even though they were the ones that canceled on us. Still waiting on our refund.

L'excursion était bien. Gros problème : pas de guide francophone comme prévu lors de la réservation. Du coup, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de toutes les explications. Ce qui est fort dommageable. Merci de voir ce que vous pouvez faire pour nous satisfaire. Nous avons 2 autres excursions VIATOR à venir.
