We meet up at Ingólfur Square by the two stone pillars (3 meters high). Just go to Center Hotel Plaza at Aðalstræti 6 and then you see the square in front. We recommend using Google Maps as the Icelandic street names can be tricky. The Square is straight down from Laugavegur the main shopping street

Tryggvagötu 19 , Old Harbour Grófin Reykjavik Kvosin, 101 Reykjavík, Iceland A fun stroll through the authentic small food market inside the Reykjavik Flea Market. There we discover all kinds of very traditional Icelandic Foods together. Keep in mind the Reykjavik Flea Market is only open Saturday's and Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm. 30 minutes
Tryggvagata 1, 101 Reykjavík, Iceland No Reykjavik Food Tour is complete without the Icelandic Lamb hot dog. But you must go to this food stall as it's the original one from 1937. 15 minutes

There we have the opportunity to try several Icelandic delicacies and last but not least the unique Ryebread Icecream. We also celebrate our food journey together with a non-alcoholic or alcoholic drink Icelandic drink of your choosing. We recommend a special beer or maybe Black Death the one and only Icelandic snaps. 45 minutes

While we enjoyed the food, we found our guide not very talkative and needed to keep asking questions to elicit details and information about the city and Iceland.

The food, and the guide was good too. Great experience, got to explore and learn about Iceland and the meaning of many of the traditions. Only issue was the rain.
