The program will be better if we get a better guide who know more the historical of Batavia Old Town that we visited

Tour operator never confirmed and I booked another tour which was spectacular. I did "Halfday Excursion Old city Batavia with Lunch,Free Souvenir & Insurance" with Jakarta Private Tour. It was truly private and the company had multiple guides escorting other couples and small groups. I had a tourguide (Kathryn) to myself. She was knowledgeable about history, current world events, and studies in college. Use Jakarta Private Tour instead. They confirmed immediately (the night before) and called up to my room because they arrived early. They are professional, unlike this provider who sent WhatsApp messages to a phone that was not active and then bailed while still charging me.
