I had a wonderful time on my half day tour with guide Annisa. The car we went around in was clean and spacious, and it was wonderful not having to think or navigate Jakarta traffic on my own! We saw a lot in just half a day, and I really enjoyed the traditional Indonesian lunch we had towards the end of the trip. Highly recommend!

Book a tour for my partner and I.
Tour didn't arrive, tried to contact them both through the website and via phone call and there was no answer.
Doesn't help that the customer service is closed on a Sunday.

My partner and I booked the half day tour, paid for it and recieved a booking confirmation to be collected at 9am. We've been waiting for multiple hours outside our accommodation and never got picked up by the driver. There has been no response from the company or driver (we have tried multiple times to contact them). The company seems to be happy to take our money and not give us the tour that we booked.
