For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver was professional and helpful. Car was clean and smells good a Mercedes E class.
Only issue I waited 15 minutes as driver assumed I take easily 1/2 hr to clear customs and collect bags. In fact it was domestic flight and I was out within 5 minutes

Awful communication. The guy in the office is totally unprofessional and rude. Not what you’d expect from a luxury service.
I paid for a Mercedes van and paid extra for the ‘VIP’ upgrade, instead they sent me a Mercedes C class 220 car, which didn’t have enough room for our baggage. Meaning the driver had to put the case on his front seat. Even though I specified two large bags and two hand luggage on the booking form. This was all in spite of the fact I emailed the company after the booking confirmation came through showing the wrong vehicle. I requested they change for what I actually ordered or to cancel the booking, but the reply was very short and rude. The follow up email I sent was then just ignored.
The car itself showed signs of damage and wear and tear inside. Two passengers were booked but only one small water bottle and some token sweets provided. Hardly a VIP experience, might as well have booked an Uber and paid half the amount.
The reason for the two stars and not one, was because the driver was extremely polite, very helpful and bang on time. By all accounts doing the very best with what he had. It’s a shame the company itself let the side down. Would never use this service again and would not recommend anyone else waste their money.
