  • Sightings of shark species are not guaranteed, given the unpredictable nature of marine life. If you don't encounter sharks during your tour, we don't provide refunds. However, we offer no-shark vouchers, valid for 2 years, enabling you to return for another trip at no extra cost. Please be aware that this voucher doesn't include transportation.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We all had Great time. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful! We didn’t see Great White sharks but did see several others- all amazing creatures! What a fun, once in a lifetime experience!

Whale watching was good, still have to see dolphins and great white shark. I will recommend to South Africans to enjoy the beautiful experience of whale and shark watching

Een unieke ervaring. Veel haaien gezien. Zelfs een kleine White Shark. En veel bruine sharks ( tot 3,5 meter)!! En een Ray. Allemaal van heel dichtbij en op een simpele manier. Achteraf nog lasagna voor lunch waar iedereen wel aan toe was. Onze pubers vonden het super en wij trouwens ook.
