Discover the beautiful Hardanger fjords on a private RIB safari and experience the natural beauty of the fantastic fjord scenery in Fyksesund.
From Øystese we will take you the Hardangerfjord section Samlafjord sailing around beautiful fjord island before entering the narrow and unique fjord landscape in the Fyksesund fjord branch.
Fyksesund is the only fjord branch of the Hardangerfjord that does not have a road connection to the inner part. In the last 5 km of the 10.5 km long fjord, you will experience sailing between steep mountainsides and several up-close waterfalss to the isolated hamlet, Botnen. This is a geographically isolated local community with a long and exciting history linked to cultural contact with the outside world.
During the tour our local and experienced guide and captian will make several stops along the way and give you the opportunity take in this beautiful scenery. He will serve you interesting facts and stories from the fjord.

This was a great trip. We went the whole tour. 2,5 hours, that included a short stop and a trip ashore in Botnen. A small local community with only one housing left.
The owner and guide was great. Had some short stop on the way with interesting information on the fjords and sites we passed.
On the way back he really put full throttle and gave us a great ride.
So this gives you both information about the fjord and places as well as the real deal when it comes to ride a Rib.
We are already taking about taking some fried s back for a ride.
