The tour guide for whale watching was very friendly and knowledgeable. Cesar made the experience so enjoyable! Highly recommend this excursion

we took our family with a party of 9 which included 6 adults and 3 grandchildren aged 2-7. The boat was comfortable and the guide/driver was able to locate a few whales which was fun. The coast views were amazing. Unfortunately, the water was bumpy and some of the riders got a little seasick. Transportation was the big issue. The pickup van arrived on time at 9:15 AM. We brought our own three car seats. When we got into the van, the driver wanted to charge us an extra $25 for bringing our own car seats. We refused to pay. When we arrived at the pier for the 10 AM boat ride (scheduled ride is 2 hrs, to end at 12 noon), the organizer by the pier told us that we had three choices for a pick up. The choices were either a 1:30 PM, 3:30 PM and 5:30 PM. This information was not on the website. It would've been helpful for planning because we had a scheduled lunch back at our resort on that same day. For those who wanted to experience the town, this accommodation would have worked. We had to hire another driver to get us back in time. Overall, the boat ride experience was fun.

Our entire experience from booking to drop off and chasing whales was the best experience. I would definitely recommend this group of people and this company for a whale watching experience.
