This year Orcas and Humpback whales have arrived in Skjervøy, four hours drive from Tromsø! We pick you up 05:30(AM) outside Scandic Ishavshotel, drive you to Skjervøy, give you warm flotation suits, and take you on a once in a life time whale watching experience by RIB-boat! We then give you sandwiches, tea and coffee, and start the panoramic drive (back in Tromsø 17:30).

L'esperienza col gommone è molto più intensa e immersa nella natura della baia delle barche. Le tute date in dotazione ti permettono di gestire l'intenso freddo di dicembre. Abbiamo sofferto il freddo giusto l'ultima ora. Peccato per la scarsa gentilezza e attenzione del personale. Durante le 4 ore le persone sono sedute in fila e le guide non fanno alcuna attenzione che chi stia seduto davanti non impedisca la visibilità di chi sta seduto dietro. Inoltre il tempo all'arrivo per vestirsi, mangiare ed usare i servizi è troppo breve. Sarebbe meglio prima avvisare le persone.

It’s a once in a lifetime trip but not for the faint hearted as hard going saw so many whales and orcas they really get you where you need to be, they hurry you along but to get the return ferry the driver needs to leave promptly I will never forget this experience

Got to see lots of orcas, which was my life goal. Definitely recommend if you’re traveling with someone or family. As a solo traveler, I feel so-so about recommending. Not the friendliest staff but again, I got to see whales and was warm throughout the experience thanks to their equipment.
