We didn't get to do the tour with Arctic Range and had to cancel due to flight cancellations/rebooking but the staff was able to cancel and refund our reservation. I appreciated that as it was one less thing to stress about!

Muy buena atención En Especial Rafael el Alemán y Gustavo el chileno. Los demás le hacen la lucha No pudimos ver buenas auroras, creo que no es el mejor lugar del mundo para verla. Ni la época. Pero nos divertimos mucho, conocimos y los guías fueron de gran ayuda.

Guides were friendly and fun. Loved the wildlife preserve and especially loved the hot springs! So relaxing.
