Overall a great day trip and well worth it! We enjoyed the brief narrative provided by Dermot at Glendalaugh and the scenic walk around the smaller lake — beautiful and a nice place to stretch our legs in the AM. Kilkenney was also very nice with nice shopping and pubs, etc. We enjoyed Dermot’s 30min walking tour also — he has tremendous knowledge of Irish history and provided the bus color of his own history and joy for song! Paul was great bus driver and kept us on time and safe! A fun day

Lovely to visit Glendalough and walk through the autumn woods. Very pretty. Thick mist unfortunately stopped us enjoying the view of the Wicklow gap. Kilkenny was full of history and wonderful places to photograph, guide was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained.
