Traveler pickup is offered

We pickup travelers from hotels, apartments and other accomodation from Krakow city centre and maximum 2 km away. Please note that there are restricted areas in the city where we cannot drive under penalty of local law and very high fines. If your hotel is located inside the zone we will designate the closest legal spot for you to await for your driver which will be a few minutes walk away from your place. Also please note that 8:00 AM/2:00 PM are approximate pickup times and we will provide you with an exact one a day before your tour.

    Our professional english speaking driver will pick you up from your hotel or one of our meeting point and take you to see unique Wieliczka Salt Mine by an air-conditining minivan.

  • The route inside the Wieliczka Salt Mine includes 380 stairs to take down to reach first level of the mine and at the end there is an elevator which will take you back on the ground

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Any visit to Krakow without touring the Salt Mine is incomplete. This is a unique place that shouldn't be missed, you will get the state of mind from your guide how important and difficult it was. You visit maybe only 1% of it but it's marvelous. the halls and statues carved in salt, as parts of the chandeliers. Just imagine how a hospital for wounded miners was built underground to handle injuries. the salt has many beneficial remedies, our guide was a wonderful knowledgeable lady who lost her voice and recovered Only after starting a new job, to guide tours. Highly recommended.

The Wielicksa Salt Mine is absolutely stunning! This is a once in a lifetime experience! I loved the legend about Princess Kinga, the history of the 700 year old mine, and the gorgeous salt sculptures. It is really something to see in person in order to experience the beauty of the underground church!
