Jerry collected us at exactly the stated time (you will get an email the night before to confirm this which I didn’t read initially and so I worried about the arrangement the day before, but it was all in good hands) he has a fantastic new van and drives with great care and a LOAD of extra information freely given in excellent English on the way. He points out many places of interest and will happily drop you back to a different Krakow location if you want to head somewhere else after the tour. He goes up to the entrance of the mine with you and shows you exactly where to meet your guide. He arranges a time to collect you. He took us back and showed us some important things on the route home. Highly recommended as an stress-free way to do this tour. The salt mines themselves are pretty amazing but the tour guide in there was not half as good as Jerry!!

This is a must see if your visiting krakow, it is absolutely brilliant, we really enjoyed our visit. Viator is a fantastic company, I highly recommend them ,always on time and get you there and back safely
