Traveler pickup is offered

All Banff Tours pick up at the Cave and Basin Parking Lot. There is free parking at this location and a public transit stop.

Due to the heavy traffic in Banff during peak seasons/times all tours meet at the Cave and Basin Parking Lot.

Your guide will meet you outside the Gift Shop building in the parking lot. They will have a clipboard and a smile. Please let them know you have arrived.

  • Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
  • Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
  • Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Enjoyed the " hunt," for a photo opportunity for a wildlife. Jacob is very knowledgeable, funny and safety is paramount in the tour. Highly recommended.

This was a beautiful hike with a beautiful view. Would recommend the tour guide i had as well (Jacob). He was a very knowledgable and professional guide who also made the hike enjoyable and fun. Would definitely do this hike again with a request to have the same tour guide!
