Tim M. was our tour for the 911 World Trade Center tour and was a remarkable tour guide and storyteller. He shared all of the important facts, and tour sites with the group--- but beyond that, he provided the human interest stories that brought to life the 911 tragedy, sharing details about the heroes who saved lives that day, and the stories of resilience that foster empathy for those directly affected by the tragedy, while inspiring the entire world to join New Yorkers in celebrating stories of bravery, sacrifice, and the "best of the best" in human nature that connects us to one another.
