  • According to the indication issued by the Government of Quintana Roo, Mexico, we are forced to suspend activities after 11:00 pm
  • Minimum age to drive the amphibious vehicles is 18, and all drivers must have a valid driver's license
  • Days of operation are subject to availability and changes.
  • In case of a no-show, the tickets are non-refundable.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Xplor Fuego is a good evening activity, especially during the hot summer. Pros: several activities including water slide, wave pool, zip lining, water hammocks, cave swim, rafting, & ATV ride; decent buffet dinner with a wide variety of food; lockers provided Cons: A LOT of walking between activities (10-15 min treks everywhere with lots of inclines and twists/turns), several closed attractions, small shopping areas, helmet required for ALL activities. Fun, but not repeatable in our family’s opinion.

Everything is an amazing and wonderful place, you can do wonderful activities and with a lot of adrenaline really a place you should visit. You just have to be very patient at the entrance since to me a boy named Jorge Alberto gave me bad directions and I lasted waiting almost an hour to enter and another boy named Eduardo even yelled and told me that I was the one who was wrong. But once inside everything was wonderful both the staff, food, activities, facilities.
