    Your day begins from 9.30am collect from Melbourne CBD by your private wine chauffeur. Take the time to learn about wine and discover how intellectually satisfying on the palette a wine Masterclass can be. Imagine matching Yarra Valley premium wines with amazing food as you learn more about the tastes, nuances and aromas of highly-rated Yarra Valley wines during your Masterclass experience. Your first tasting experience begins at 10.30am, where you will be guided into a private tasting room exclusively for the Masterclass and learn for 1 hour from the winemaker themselves, while tasting 6 wines throughout the class. Learn about the region, grape varieties, blends, and the wine-making process. Here you will experience flavours and styles specific to the region with quality levels of reserve, single-plot and museum wine standards matched together with cheese. Lunch is enjoyed overlooking the vines at Domaine Chandon. Your next location in you Masterclass journey is where you will experience 5 wine styles of reserve and single plot wines, including top of the range up to $250.00 per bottle tastings. This is a premium high-end Masterclass in a glass. If time allows, we will add another venue for more tasting experiences local to the Yarra Valley.

    Lunch is enjoyed overlooking the vines at Domaine Chandon at your private table to experience another Masterclass of the Chandon Sparkling ranges including 4 glasses per person with lunch. Compare different flavour profiles from old style traditional Brut versus the latest fashion style of champagne on trend. Part of your Masterclass experience is to access areas that are unavailable to the general public and this will add that special unique touch to the day.

My wife and I had such a lovely time. The countryside was beautiful, the car was immaculate, and David was an incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth tour guide. If you are looking for a relaxing day filled with amazing wine, delicious food, and perfect views then this is the trip for you.
