Airport representatives will be waiting in the paging area with a sign with your name. The paging area is on the Exit Gate at the International Arrival Hall, after the Baggage Collection Area and Customs Check Point.

  • In the event of couldn't find their name on the signage, please proceed and wait at Starbuck Coffee Shop, our airport representative will meet them at the meeting point.
  • Please do not accept any offer from the local taxi driver or legal transport company around the arrival hall. Once, the clients accepted the offer there will be NO REFUND
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions..
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 or 2 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag.
  • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator. prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
  • Littering & smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • FOR AIRPORT PICK UP: Upon arrival at Yogyakarta Airport Meet and greet by our representative and transfer to Hotel=Notes: Max waiting time for arrival transfer is 90 Minutes from Flight Arrival Time.
  • Please look at the exit gate area and look out for our representative who will hold a A4 Size Placard with your Booking Guest Name Stated at Arrival Hall Paging Area.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Onze transfer werd keurig uitgevoerd door Lovely Borobudur Tours, een ruime en schone bus met airco. Anang bleek een uitstekende chauffeur. Dat was voor ons reden het bedrijf ook in te schakelen voor vervoer naar ons hotel bij de Borobudur en vervolgens van daar naar het vliegveld van Semarang. Alles tot volle tevredenheid. Echt een prettig en betrouwbaar bedrijf.

Had an awesome experience! Got off the plane, gathered luggage and went to the arrival hall and there was our guide. He helped us out to the small bus, loaded all the suitcases and away we went. He pointed out a few things along the way. He was not overly chatty. Very nice and efficient. We were all pleased.
