This is an excellent and truly responsive tour company! When our guide did not appear in the morning, we called, and after a few minutes were informed that he had been in a car accident (he was okay). The company apologized profusely, arranged for a private tour guide for us slightly later that day, and had her refund our money for the tour in cash when she met us! Josepha (I think that was her name) gave us a first class tour. Her father was a history professor and she was well acquainted with every nuance of Zagreb's (and Croatia's) history. She was humorous and showed and told us about numerous offbeat places and events. It was one of my best city tours ever, and both she and her company were absolutely 5 star in every way. This was the best and a great infroduction to Croatia.

Excellent tour by Luka, who showed us the two old settlements of Zagreb, Gradec and Kaptol. Luka is a brilliant tour guide, experienced, funny, sharp and honest - always with a touch of irony and sarcasm where necessary. You can feel that Luka loves Zagreb and you learn many lovely and interesting things about this wonderful city. We are already looking forward to the Homeland War Tour, which we have definitely scheduled for our next visit to Zagreb! (Greetings from the Kožnari)
