The booking process is poor. I chose a time (11.15), then bus arrived but could only take 11 people. Many with valid bookings were left behind. It seems that the internet booking doesn't speak to the hop on people. The trip itself was good.

Wish I did this first of all to see the city properly and then explore on foot. This was truly informative and I can definitely recommend it.
