Our driver was waiting for us at the airport, our flight arrived a half hour late. We were very tired after a long plane trip from the states, so it was nice to not have to worry about our transfer to the hotel.

My experience was horrible. No one came to pick me up. Thank God the people at the airport were so friendly and directed me to get a taxi. I want my money back.

Everything was fine except the driver did not offer to help with bags which was surprising The walk to the car was awkward because of that Same upon Hotel arrival
