Due to Covid19, traveling by train as a foreigner has become more difficult and challenging (I hear.) So I found Tom on the internet, and I am so happy I did. His English is perfect, his driving is calm, and overall is he is very professional. Little chitchat, very knowledgeable when answering questions, and plans every move ahead, such as arranging a second local driver when outside cars are not allowed to enter some Suzhou sites. I loved his explanations, his sites and lunch recommendations. I totally recommend Tom and will definitely hire him again in the future, even when the Covid19 threat ends.
