    Our driver will pick you up from your hotel then drive 7 -10 minutes to our helipad in the Zambezi National park. On the way to the helipad chances of meeting buffalo and elephants are very high. Once at the helipad one of our attendants will take you through a safety briefing thereafter you will be ready to fly. Between our helipad to the Victoria Falls will be about 1 minute flight on the helicopter. The rest of the time will be spent orbiting over the Victoria Falls.

This is a short helicopter ride over the falls but it's definitely something worth doing especially during the time of year the falls are heavily flowing. The only negative I'd say is don't plan on going at the time your scheduled. Luckily I didn't plan anything else for the day or I'd have missed out for sure. I was picked up 30 mins late, then had to wait 30 mins for someone else and then once we arrived at the facility they had us wait almost an hour. I understand they want to run a tour with at least 2 people but then they need to set expectation and communicate effectively.

We have a helicopter flight with your agent Chicopokoko.We were very annoyed with the fact that when we made our enquiry through your website that you did not tell us that the helicopter flights were in Zimbabwe. Your webpage said that we will be picked up from our hotel but it did not say that we had to pay to get a taxi to Zimbabwe and then also pay to get a visa to get into Zimbabwe. I'm sure this is all in the small print somewhere but when we filled in the form we clearly said that we were in Zambia. I would certainly recommend people not to touch your firm again as we feel we are out of pocket by nearly $200 from what we expected to pay. Yours very angry Steven Puckett  Sent from my Galaxy

Worth the money. Super cool to see air perspective (but don't forget to also visit from the ground for a complete experience). Would be 5 stars if they had picked up me like plan without me having to call them 20 minutes after pick up time.
