Very good experience. For whatever reason, I was the last person to be processed coming off my plane (someone has to be and I guess it was my turn). Lesley from Bonisa checked on my progress, waited patiently and was there when I finally exited 2 hours late. On the efficient drive into Harare, he went to the trouble to show me some of the city, knowing that I would not otherwise have the chance.
