I made a booking through a third-party for Bantu Safaris Southern Africa. I attempted to contact the company directly through their website and email to confirm the details, but they never responded. The third-party also reached out to them, and still, there was no response. I’m glad I was able to cancel the booking and avoid dealing with such an unprofessional company.
