Our tour was last Nov 9 at 9:15 am.
I can say that this was most terrible tour we've ever had. Such a waste of our precious time in zurich and our hard earned money considering the amount spent on this tour. The tour guide came unprepared,we were supposed to have a boat ride,he said he cant find the boat and that he had a mis understading with the office,he kept telling that the boat ride was too long and it was cold 1.5hrs.Not much info of the places we walked thru as a matter if fact,i was filling the gaps for him of the infos i had from reading about zurich history. This guy is terrible!the only info we remembered was that he has a family in Thailand and he is coming to Thailand. We told him if he cant put us in the boat we might as well proceed to our next sked which was the Lindt tour,we want to ride the bus bec we have swiss travel pass,he said the bus changed sked and put us in a taxi instead and we paid 45francs to the black taxi he put as in.
We had a very stressful and expensive day!!!
