Zurich has a beautiful, historic old town. Many of the buildings are several hundred years old. In small, private groups, we, two local residents, will guide you for about two hours through winding alleys and cosy squares, right across the old town on both sides of the Limmat river. We will visit places where you can feel the rich history of the city and which can only be reached via special access.

We had a lovely tour even though the weather was drizzling. We sae more things and areas in the hour tour than I even thought we would. Our guide was kind and informative. She also shared some of her favorite secret spots that were not on the typical tourist path including a recommendation to an amazing tapas restaurant. We went back to it that afternoon and loved it - so glad we took her advice.

Maria was a terrific guide! She was knowledgeable of the history and gave some good restaurant recommondations. Her tour included going up the funicular for pretty views of the city.
