We pick up and drop off all our passengers coming by Cruise, either at 9:30 am or 30 minutes after your cruise has docked.

Pick up place: Right after the last security gate, before reaching the street, next to Police Station. We will be there with a sign "with your name".

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

our God was good, but unfortunately, she said the PA system was not working so it’s difficult to hear her as she did not face the back of the bus for a lot of her commentary. Saw a lot. Traffic was heavy, but we got back to this ship in the allotted time

Costa Smeralda cruise ship if that is what Costa cruises are like I wouldn't set foot on them. This ship was terrible only geared for Italians waiting staff rude pretended they didn't understand English. Reception staff same Trip booked only spoken in German people no respect even for disabled. Buffet like a bun fight had to queue for everything getting butter was like getting gold. Other say smaller Costa ships were okay bit I am very unsure about trying.

Jesus was a great guide showed us places to we might not have seen with someone els. He took photos and videos said he would send then on but we have not received them ?
