We absolutely loved our experience! We visited the summit not once but twice! Our first visit was at night to see Nightrise and we were immediately greeted by Gandi; he was so helpful, and gave us a lot of the land to explore all the events and possibilities - it made our expectations that much better being greeted by a warm face and helpful candor. The description of the Banff Gondola is completely underrated. The sights are breathtaking, especially at sunset and night time. The team really went above and beyond to make the experience memorable and unique. There's really nothing like it, especially if you visit Nightrise.

Fantastic! Well worth it. It was freezing cold but really great. I was disappointed that the restaurant was $45 per person which seems extreme for a buffet, no alcohol… There was another option but “I’m sorry, the restaurant just closed for food. We are only offering drinks… :-( Down stairs, pre made sandwiches… No thanks So don’t go for the food! ????

Great activity for all. Caught the gondola up during daylight hours to enjoy the view and returned after sun down. The view is breathtaking from both in the gondola and viewing platforms on the mountain. Although it was cold, we rugged up and walked the length of the boardwalk to the viewing platform. Inside the facility, we found the historical information interesting with some good interactive displays. Had dinner in the Sky Bistro and then enjoyed some of the "winter light" activities. To improve the service, the return lines were quite long, so I would suggest to management to "fill" the return gondolas to avoid lengthy wait time. Overall, something for everyone.
