Gran Canaria: Wal- und Delfinbeobachtungstour mit optionalem Schwimmen

This hotel is lovely, it was going to be a 5* however throughout the week reception had been unhelpful and quite rude and short, I had ignored it as everyone else had been perfect, but on the final day with check out, offering no sort of help saying if we want to reserve showers we have to check out the room and can’t do this before checking out, and if we check out at normal time of 12, unlikely any will be left, meaning we had to scramble in the morning to check out by 10 to stand a chance to being able to shower for our late flight, they often were quite rude and abrupt with any query which was a shame as all the other staff were perfect. Receptions attitude knocked it down a star. We stayed for 10 days, arriving late at night and just being able to get some food in the restaurant. The food, although pretty similar every night is of such good quality, there are endless choices of meat, sides, it’s really good quality, with an Asian, Mexican station throughout, we all ate well. A nice extra is that they cook the food in front of you. I couldn’t fault the food. The animation team were amazing, I read reviews saying there is no entertainment? The entertainment here is brilliant, the animation are practicing every lunch for their routine to the night, the mini disco starts at 7, which is a bit early, but then there in entertainment through to 11. Throughout the day they entertain the kids at 11 and 3 and 5pm with activities, along with adults with games, beer pong, and water basketball, water polo. Again, those negative reviews about entertainment i don’t quite understand. They start early and finish late! People moan about space and entertainment tables, just arrive earlier and there’s more then enough room and enough tables to get good seats, you can’t expect to turn up late and have a table, that’s going to be the same anywhere. Poole were busy just as expected, one down side is you’re not allowed any inflatables in the pool, which is a shame on a holiday with kids. Self serve beer taps is a nice idea, but they do need to make a closer pool bar for spirits, and of an evening the bar gets very busy with long queues, I think that needs probably looking into, as if they had an actual pool bar near the pool it would reduce the volume of people going to the bar. I usually get to the end of a holiday ready to go home, but I am sad to be leaving here and would come back in a heart beat.

Prise en charge à l'hôtel sans problème. Trajet en bus jusqu'à Puerto Rico. Catamaran impeccable et personnel accueillant et chaleureux. Le bateau n'était pas bondé ce qui nous a permis de vivre une expérience confortable, avec la liberté de circuler à notre guise. Nous avons vu des poissons volants et de nombreux dauphins. ???????????? Super moment de baignade dans la baie proche de Puerto Mogan avec rafraîchissements inclus. Possibilité d'acheter la photo (10€) ou un porte-clé photo (5€) du cliché pris lors de votre montée à bord. Une très belle aventure !

Fin opplevelse, glassbunn var 2 småe rom med vinduer under havet, som passet bedre for små barn. Turen på dekk var veldig fin, fikk se delfiner hoppet rundt, samt flyge fisker foran båten. man må ta bølgene i betraktning, så man bør holde i de minste barna godt???? turen varierte litt men fikk beskjed om ca 2,5 - 3 timer ca. Mine barn på 10-12 trivdes godt oppe på dekk og generelt turen iallefall.
