  • During the booking process we will request the name of your accommodation in order to confirm you the proper pick-up time and meeting point. If your accommodation is not on the pick up locations list, the transfer service it is not included, you must go on your own to the pick-up point.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Awful, absolute no effort made to go out to see dolphins, honestly spent most of the 4 hour trip moored up with people doing other activities...jet skis, banana boat etc etc, all updates on the boat , I asked about the dolphins and was told in broken English later we will go pretend to look...which we didn't, food was awful boat left 45 mins late. No buffet it was actually an absolute waste of a day!! Nice staff...the music was lasting so loud we couldn't even talk to each other... do not go on this trip.

Being a landlocked activity depends on the weather and the view of dolphins there are days that are seen many and others almost not seen, but the experience is worth it

Departure from Puerto Rico to go in search of dolphins. Spotted the herd very close to the coast on the way back we also saw a turtle.
