Our flight landed in a diff country and constant cancellations but the transport company was understanding. Edgar, our driver,was very patient as our flight was delayed and our luggage was lost. He met us at arrivals with our name sign and stopped at a mall, so we could get food and clothes (since the airline lost our suitcase). He was friendly, spoke English and was patient. Even held an umbrella over me while I feed my kids. Kind man. Easy communication with the company. I suggest calling their number for direct communication
