Private Arrival Transfer: San Jose Airport to Arenal Volcano or La Fortuna town

We recently hired Erick for private transportation from SJO to La Fortuna, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made on our trip. The vehicle he brought was very clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable—perfect for the journey. Erick was right on time and even made a thoughtful stop at a local restaurant that served one of the best lunches we had in Costa Rica! It felt more like traveling with a knowledgeable friend than just a driver. We had an exceptional experience using this company to transport us from the SJO airport to Los Lagos which is close to La Fortune. We could contact the company through WhatsApp just as we landed and the driver, Gerardo was ready to pick us up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the country making the 3 hour trip seem short. Before we arrived at our destination he stopped at a small restaurant that had excellent food. This was the first time several people in our group were in Costa Rica so this made a very favorable first impression. He also knew where a mother sloth with its baby should be, and found them sleeping in a tree. This was a highlight of our trip!

From booking and confirmation to rescheduling and pickup, every step was managed with professionalism. The dispatcher went out of their way to accommodate my rescheduling request, even during peak season. The vehicles were spotless, and they provided water, neck pillows, and blankets in the van. The drivers are friendly, and their stops for coffee breaks and sightseeing along the way made the journey enjoyable and relaxed for my family! Highly recommended!!
