Reliable and friendly service. Our plane was significantly delayed and the company was in constant contact with me through the app. They waited and there was no problem with our ride, despite the very late start. [NOTE: These roads are extremely rough and constantly turn sharply for most of the 3 hour journey. Unavoidable and not in any way the fault of this tour company, but take precaution if you get car-sick.]

Our driver was on time and pleasant. The van was newer, clean and air conditioned. I highly recommend this option over renting a car so that you can take in the sights and not worry about driving on narrow, winding roads!

Jacamar fuhr uns während unserer Reise 4 Mal durch Costa Rica. Die erste Fahrt war vom Flughafen nach La Fortuna, was trotz der langen Fahrt ziemlich schön war. Der Fahrer kannte einen fantastischen Frühstücksplatz, an dem wir anhielten, was perfekt war, um den Nachtflug zu verlassen. Er sagte uns im Voraus, wann die Straße windig werden würde, und wies auf Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Aktivitäten hin. Unsere zweiten beiden Fahrten führten zu und von Parks, und der Fahrer half uns bei der Entscheidung, wohin wir gehen sollten, als wir verwirrt waren, und holte uns ab, als wir ziemlich schnell fertig waren. Schließlich fuhren wir von La Fortuna zurück zum Flughafen, wo die Fahrer beide sehr freundlich waren und uns halfen, unser Spanisch zu üben.
