Easy to get to by cab. $15 there+$5 top(same on the way back). Once we arrived we were greeted by a couple gentlemen. I told them I booked thru Viator and they asked to see the reservation on the app to confirm which one of them were my guide. Omar was our guide and had our names down on his clipboard. He gave us our food, drink and snorkle tickets (very small so keep them safe and dry). It was $10 each person extra for the reef tax(I knew about this ahead of time so I wasn't surprised. It's also mentioned when you book). Omar told us where to go as soon as we walk in the park and after that we were on our own exploring the forest, ruins, small kids beach, hammocks, lagoon and ventured off with our own snorkle gear to the water. There are tons of fish! Your surrounded by small, medium and large fish(like a foot long). Water is clear and was so amazing! Bathrooms behind tequila tasting is run down but if you prefer cleaner bathrooms then use the ones at the pool/main store. There are changing tables and clean toilets. The locals trying to sell you things are kind. Just tell them you just got there and will check back later. Lunch review: the lunch was weird but when your starving you'll eat anything lol white rice, spaghetti O flavored spaghetti, flat grilled dry chicken, cheese quesadilla, watery refined beans that looked more like a dipping sauce than actual beans, then a big plate of flour tortillas????????♀️. My daughter is 5 and was not happy with it so she got a $16 cheeseburger which came with fries. She ate it all! We ended the day with the sea lion show. It was short and cute. They introduced 2 sea lions who did cute tricks. Overall it was a great day, not busy at all. We were there from 9:30 to 3pm. Was back on the ship at 3:30. Overall I recommend for families with children with no strollers as it's very difficult to navigate to the beach with the sand.
