We never received our passes. You took our money and sent the passes the next day. We had to purchase tickets thru any venue. We would like a refund.

We had a wonderful day out at the Park; snorkeling amongst an array of colorful fish and the underwater statues in clear turquoise water was the highlight of our day. The sea lion display was amazing and should not be missed.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PARK. We were treated like criminals because we got confused as to which restaurant we could eat at even though they all have the SAME food. We were then FORCED to pay $99 for 2 meals even though we paid for all inclusive and then they also charged us an extra $20 just to enter the park on top of what we paid for this excursion. It was not a pleasant experience. Staff was very rude and the food was disgusting. The cheese dip was basically water. The tequila was also so watered down that you could barely taste it.
