6-stündiger Kochkurs in Danang (JDN1)

This was an amazing class. The hosts are warm, open and very entertaining. Staying at a coffee shop to get acquainted we were then comfortably led around Da Nang to help with the shopping an learned about the local produce we were going to use. The cooking class itself was very interactive , with alot of entertainment added throughout. Can't wait to share my new recipes with everyone back at home!

Such a great experience!! The instructors were very personable and knowledgeable. Loved seeing the organic city garden!

Rosie 선생님과 함께하는 올 인클루시브 쿠킹 클래스에 참여했습니다. 편리한 픽업 서비스를 시작으로 시내의 로컬 카페에서 이야기를 나누며 다른 팀원과 팀웍을 다졌습니다. 코코넛 커피와 크리미 솔티드 커피를 먹어봤는데 정말 '꼭 먹어봐야 할' 맛입니다. 티타일이 끝나고 요리에 필요한 재료를 사기 위해 근처 시장에서 야채, 과일, 쌀국수 등을 구매했습니다. 저는 동남아 요리 재료에 대한 정보 없이 방문해서 다 생소했지만 재료의 특징과 고르는 방법 등도 배울 수 있었습니다. 그리고 구경하고 맛보기도 하고 흥정도 하는 재래시장의 추억을 오랜만에 느낄 수 있었습니다. 차를 타고 시외 농장으로 가서 할머니(성함이 기억이...ㅠ.ㅠ)가 열심히 가꾸어 놓으신 텃밭에서 민트, 레몬 등 채소를 따왔습니다. 땅에 심는 체험도 하고 재래식 물뿌리개 체험 및 포토타임까지 생소하면서 즐거웠습니다. 본격적인 쿠킹 클래스를 위해 가정집을 방문했습니다. 방문한 골목의 집들은 구조가 다 비슷한데도 열려있는 문을 통해 각자 개성있는 인테리어를 보는 재미도 있었습니다. 직접 요리를 만들어 먹고, 소소한 게임까지 너무 즐거운 시간이었는데 리뷰를 보시고 즐기실 분들을 위해 글을 아끼갰습니다. 여행 5일차에 즐긴 쿠킹클래스였습니다. 며칠간 즐겼던 식당의 베트남 음식이 다른 느낌으로 가깝게 느껴졌습니다. 그리고 가정식으로 요리하다 보니 음식점의 요리와는 또다른 맛을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 제가 요리를 잘 못하는데 요리에 대한 의욕이 샘솟을 수 있도록 쉽고 즐겁게 가르쳐주십니다. 함께한 Rosie 선생님 칭찬을 안 할 수가 없습니다. 불편함이 없도록 여정 내내 잘 챙겨주시면서 카리스마도 보여주십니다. 제가 영어를 잘 못해서 걱정이 있었는데 Rosie 선생님이 한국어 공부를 하셔서 간단한 대화가 가능한 덕분에 너무 좋았습니다. 참석자들이 한국인이라면 한국어 공부를 열심히 하고 있는 로지 Rosie 선생님을 위해 한국어로 도와주면 좋을 것 같습니다.. 8살, 5살 아들과 함께한 여행이었는데 아이들이 잘 지낼 수 있도록 도와준 것도 감사한 부분이었습니다. 너무 즐거웠고 다음 방문을 위해 이 쿠킹 클래스가 번창하고 발전하기를 바랍니다. 내년에 다시 만나요. 감사합니다. ^^ -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I took part in an all-inclusive cooking class with Ms. Rosie. She started with a convenient pick-up service and chatted at a local cafe downtown to build teamwork with other team members. I tried the coconut coffee and the creamy salted coffee, and they are really 'must try' flavors. After the tea tile, I bought vegetables, fruits, and rice noodles from a nearby market to buy ingredients for cooking. I visited without any information about Southeast Asian cuisine ingredients, so I was unfamiliar with all of them, but I was able to learn the characteristics of ingredients and how to choose them. And I was able to feel the memories of the traditional market where I looked around, tasted, and even bargained for the first time in a long time. I drove to a farm outside the city and picked vegetables such as mints and lemons from the vegetable garden that her grandmother (I can't remember her name... ㅠ. ㅠ) worked hard to take care of. The experience of planting in the ground, the experience of a conventional watering can, and photo time were unfamiliar but enjoyable. We visited a family home for a full-scale cooking class. Even though the houses in the alleys we visited had similar structures, it was fun to see each unique interior through the open door. It was such a fun time to cook and eat by myself and even play small games. It was a cooking class enjoyed on the 5th day of the trip. The Vietnamese food at the restaurant I enjoyed for several days felt close to me in a different way. And since I cooked at home, I was able to experience a different taste from the food at a restaurant. I am not good at cooking, but he teaches me in an easy and enjoyable way so that I can get motivated to cook. I can't help but praise Ms. Rosie for being with me. He shows his charisma while taking good care of you throughout the journey so that there is no inconvenience. I was worried because I wasn't good at English, but it was great because Miss Rosie studied Korean so I could have a simple conversation. If the attendees are Korean, it would be nice to help in Korean for Ms. Rosie, who is studying Korean diligently. It was a trip with my 8-year-old and 5-year-old sons, and I was grateful that he helped the children get along well.
