8.30: Meet up at No 9 Ham Tu Street, and head to one of the organic gardens in Danang, where you spend 30 minutes with local farmers to understand more about the real living of Vietnamese farmers 9.00: Head to the biggest supplier market in Da Nang, buying fresh products for the cooking class, learning about the Vietnamese shopping way. 09.45: Take a break to have a cup of coffee, sharing your stories with others. 10.00: Head to Jolie’s home where you will have a lovely welcome drink by lovely Jolies. After that, listen to stories about student’s life and so on. 10.30: Time for cooking!!! 12.30: Enjoy your meals cooked by yourself. 13.00: Play piano/ guitar (if you can), and go back to your place by a grab to yourself

This was an informative, entertaining and fun six hours. From the urban farm with its hard-working gardener, Ut, to the market and then back to Jolie's place to prepare and cook up the ingredients we had bought. With some simple language lessons thrown in for good measure by Rosie, our guide. And the strongest/best coffee in Vietnam! It was great to see the farm to plate food journey. Definitely a worthwhile activity with great people.

맛있는 베트남 요리 배우면서 먹는 즐거운 시간이었어요ㅎㅎㅎ 스프링롤, 반쎄오, 가지덮밥, 쌀국수 그리고 과일까지 너무 배부르게 먹었습니다 한국가서도 쉽게 해먹을 수 있을것 같아요!

The cooking course from start to finish. I would call out the guide/host/chef Rosie for making the class fun and informative. Rosie is a wonderful young lady: a credit to her parents, her counry's education system amd her country. She is polite, coureous, hard working and intelligent-her English language skills are excellent The class was well structured and prepared. We were in a mixed group of nationalities and we were all catered for at our own levels of expertise. The menu/recipes were simple and authentic. Pre-prepartion of each dish was detailed and made the class flow easily for all. The food cooked was flavoursome and just the right size portions to be filling but not leaving you too full. Do not hestitae-go book this course if you are reading this review.
