Viator customer service is non-existent. You can’t talk to a person. I cancelled my original reservation and their computer was sending me email asking me how was the trip and I am still in the US. The reservation which replaced the cancelled one occurs 6 days from now so I want to see what happens when I arrive in Greece in a few days. Viator plans to charge my credit card a second time but I will dispute the charge. Try emailing them and see if you get a response. Try cancelling a reservation and see if it gets cancelled. Viator is really a computer.
