The tour guide did not show up. I selected "Casa Blanca" from the drop-down list as the pickup point. The pickup was confirmed and shown on the app. The tour guide contacted me one day before the trip for waivers and did not dispute the pickup point.
But on the tour day, the guide called me to come "Casa/Plaza Colon". Obviously, he can not communicate in English. (I asked him to spell out Colon, and he did not understand) Anyhow, with the help of a local person, we figured out it is "Plaza Colon". We arrived the place, and he was not there.
We called him and the agency phone number on the app around 10 times. Both numbers were not answered anymore. That was only 15 minutes passed. (We arrived on time, and the delay was caused by the poor communication.)
Overall, that was a terrible experience. No piror communication was made if a change of pickup point is required. On the tour day, no English-fluent guide was dispatched. They even did not answer phone calls!!!!!!!!!
