Our instructors Frederico and Alicia were wonderful. We were a very small group- 3 people all traveling solo and we got a lot of individual attention. We made the most delicious gelato with Alicia and she gave us many clues about how to find authentic gelato (as opposed to ice cream posing as gelato in the tourist areas). And the pizza was fantastic. And the dough isn’t nearly as difficult to make as I imagined it would be. I can’t wait to try it at home!
