We were unable to complete this tour due to our cruise ship missing the port (due to weather) however I did want to note how easy it was to communicate with this tour company and that there were no issues getting a refund. Before the tour, I asked if they'd be able to accommodate cruise passengers due to the timing and they quickly replied that they could. The refund was processed quickly and with no questions. I'd definitely recommend this company and plan to take this tour if/when we get back to the Azores.
