We were greeted by the operator Mr Andy the day we checked into the hotel. He was friendly, helpful and very obliging. We asked for an extra trip which was not stated in the program and immediately he agreed with no extra charge.
On the second day of the tour there was a misunderstanding in the schedule but he worked out a good solution for us. Each time I contacted for help, he would immediately solve the issue. Thanks to Mr Andy.
One of our tour member was unfortunate to have injured her knee on the first day and was wheelchair bound from then. The guide tried his very best to help. But he admitted that he had no experience dealing with guest on wheelchair. So certain times we had problems and difficulties in places where escalators were the only option . We don’t blame him but we hope that he will learn the ways to manage guests with special needs in future.
