I reserved and paid for 4 tickets. Then I got an email notification that the actual entry tickets will not be issued until 2 days prior to the entry reservation date.
When that date came, I got a notice. So I tried to obtain my passes, and when i tried to download, I got a PDF saying it was not an entry pass. Even on the date of my entry, I get this notification the passes are ready, but when I tried to access it by email, it suggests I use the viator app. So I download the app, then i try to get my entry passes, and it takes me to the same webpage that suggest I use the viator app (a loop).
In the end, I paid for 4 new tickets at the tower so I don't miss what I came for. Then later I requested a refund from viator for my original 4 tickets. I did get an email confirmation that I would be refunded, so I suppose I will confirm when that happens...
