We met Olga at the cruise port, then she took us to the market to purchase meats, vegetables and cheese for the cooking class. The market was amazing! Then Olga brought us to the restaurant Dolce and Soletta where we met with chef Patricia. What an amazing cooking class, from making dough which we used for bread, pizza and focaccia that was the best we ever had. We made Potato gnocchi for the main course and a orange/,sambuca donut for dessert. Our guideOlga and chef Patricia were like family. I would do it again!
