We met Olga at the cruise port, then she took us to the market to purchase meats, vegetables and cheese for the cooking class. The market was amazing! Then Olga brought us to the restaurant Dolce and Soletta where we met with chef Patricia. What an amazing cooking class, from making dough which we used for bread, pizza and focaccia that was the best we ever had. We made Potato gnocchi for the main course and a orange/,sambuca donut for dessert. Our guideOlga and chef Patricia were like family. I would do it again!

Olga and Patrizia were so accommodating and charming! The market was an amazing sight and the class was delightful. We both enjoy cooking and experiencing the quality ingredients was amazing

We did this tour pre cruise. Olga met us at our hotel. We walked to the market to shop for ingredients and then off to the restaurant to cook lunch. Mateo the restaurant owner was there to meet us. We started with our preparation of tiramisu. We then worked on gnocchi and tomato sauce. It was fun and pretty easy. We also prepared veal saltimbocca. Once done we were able to enjoy everything we made. If you want to gets your hands in making your own lunch this is the tour for you. You won't be disappointed.
