My wife became ill the night before the tour. I contact the tour company the morning of the schedule trip and devise of the situation and asked if we could rebook the tour. I was not asking for a refund just want to rebook the tour for another day. The tour company would not honor my request and told me I would have to rebook and pay again for the tour. It’s not as if the tour company was going to Lose any revenue by allowing us to rebook. I strongly recommend that if you are looking for a tour on viator that you make sure not to use this particular your company.
