The tour was enjoyable. Segovia and Toledo are not to be missed. Our tour guide Amanda was really good, she spoke very good English and did her best to help. She also was very informative and knowledgeable. If we didn't go on a guided tour, we would not have known certain details. Our coach was clean, with USB ports and air conditioned. It lacks a toilet. Our driver was safe and careful and most of all punctual. In my opinion this tour is very good value for money. A whole day with a tour guide and a coach is good value. The only thing I have a complaint about is that is says in the ticket that the meeting place is outside the Las Ventras Metro Station while the meeting place was on the adjacent street. I tried to phone but could not connect with the numbers provided. We found the place but we had to go around the area and our Spanish is non-existent. I suggest you arrange the meeting point on the ticket. But all in all, once we got settled on the bus, I really enjoyed this trip.
