We are extremely disappointed. Our bus did not show up, despite having planned this visit to Toledo four months in advance. It was the only day we had available for the tour, and everything was carefully scheduled. The guide apologized but did not accommodate us on the next bus—even though it had 20 available spots and was from the same company. This experience was both frustrating and surprising, especially considering it was the first time something like this has happened to us using Viator. Very unfortunate.

That was an excellent tour, filled with so many interesting things to see. The entire experience was well-planned, and I felt like I learned a lot. I really enjoyed the guide's enthusiasm and knowledge of the area. Overall, it was a memorable experience that I would recommend to anyone.
