The overall tour was good - our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of history lessons for us! :) The only drawback was no audio guides were provided so at times it was difficult to hear the guide although she was speaking through a mic as the group was large. Also, the tour was slightly expensive, that could have been slightly cheaper.

Definitely a tour worth taking. The guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. Toledo and Segovia were magical and unique in their own way.

Mi reserva era para el dia domingo 17 no se porque razón la tomaron para el viernes 15 cuando yo ni siquiera estaba en Madrid, solicite el reembolso del dinero o queme cambien la fecha del tours, ninguna de las dos opciones fueron aceptadas. Por lo que creí tanto ustedes como el operador local son estafadores
